About this tea
Whole leaf, not dust. The difference shows in the cup: a clear pale liquor, and a taste that stays gentle rather than turning bitter.
High-grown in Darjeeling.
Green tea is less forgiving than black tea. Infuse the leaves in hot water for a minute and a half to two minutes — longer and it turns sharp. Filter it and drink it as it is; this is not a tea for milk.
Traditionally taken after a heavy meal, and through the afternoon when a black tea would be too much.
Sold loose in 100g and 250g.
How we brew it
Just infuse the green tea leaves in hot water for 1.5–2 minutes. Filter it and enjoy.
